I was born in Yorkshire, England and my extraordinary life journey has been as diverse as anyone could hope for. The ability to paint and draw was evident from an early age, but other interests took over and dressmaking and design became a passion for many years. I was still making my own clothes when I was led into an amazing professional career as an international singer.  Following these fantastic years I opted out to share my life with my other passion animals and moved to an isolated rural retreat breeding greyhounds and horses, eventually returning to travel where along the way painting found me. I have come full circle and my exciting journey continues

I work with acrylics for their flexibility and fast drying. They can be used like oils or watercolours and will do whatever I need them to do.

I create my artwork with both brush and palette knife, I love the beautiful texture and movement palette knives give to a painting and the dramatic effects that can be achieved are a form of expression ideally suited for my personality and talent.
